Blue Jays Soccer Camps ID Camp open to any and all limited only by age, gender, grade, and numbers.
Summer Camp - Homewood provides girl high school soccer players with aspirations of playing college soccer an opportunity to be trained and evaluated by the Johns Hopkins coaching staff along with other college coaches.
The camp is a mixture of tactical and technical training sessions and competitive play. There will also be a College Information Session to provide valuable information regarding the recruiting process led by a college coach and the Hopkins players.
Campers will also interact with some of the current Hopkins soccer players. Our Hopkins players will assist campers throughout camp and offer a glimpse into what it’s like to be a Hopkins soccer student/athlete.
Camp will take place on Johns Hopkins University fields. We will not provide housing but there are a number of hotels surrounding campus or in the Baltimore area. This camp will be limited in size.

No. We heavily encourage the campers to interact and communicate with their coaches. This communication should provide honest feedback as well as suggested areas of improvement. Although there is no guarantee, we hope that the coaches offer to be references for the players that they have overseen at camp to schools of their appropriate level.
Yes. There will be a college coaches' panel for campers to ask questions regarding the college recruitment process and the overall college experience. Required Items
It is important to physically prepare in advance!
The Blue Jays soccer camp is designed for the development of players who are serious about the game. To accomplish this, the majority of the day will be spent on fields in either training or game simulations. To get the most out of the academy, it is essential that you report to camp physically fit and prepared to work hard in order to achieve your goals. Failing to heed this advice will increase the chance of injury and simply mean you will be unable to maintain the same level as your opponents.
